1Koop4HER is a women-focused program that provides meaningful solutions for women in the cooperative sector. It celebrates their contributions and supports their well-being, helping every Juana feel valued, protected, and empowered.

In partnership with selected Federations, 1CISP’s Capability Building and Training Program supports provincial cooperatives to become sustainable and member-focused. Through training, seminars, consultancy, and operational monitoring, the program helps cooperatives improve performance, promote growth, and ensure long-term viability, with 1CISP providing financial support and the Federation offering rating, brand recognition, and operational oversight.

YOUth CAN is 1CISP’s value-added program designed to empower young cooperative members. It provides tools, training, and opportunities to build skills, confidence, and leadership—preparing the next generation to contribute meaningfully to their cooperatives and communities.
